In
Rocchetta Tanaro, the
wine heart of Barbera,starting
form 1960, about two hundred vine-dressers vinify their
grapes in this Wine Cellar, supported, into the vineyard,
by experts who watch over to protect the environment
and the consumer's health.
This
operation is performed at two locations: the first one
is equipped with the most up-to-date (but at the same
time always respectful of tradicional methods) technologies
for vinifications and storage; the second one, instead,
is provided with a nice selling-point where you can
find the typical product of the Piedmontese agroindustrial
sector as well as loose and into bottles V.Q.P.R.D.
wines (various typologies of Barbera, Grignolino, Bianchi)
The
possibility of selecting the best grapes over about
one hundred hectars of property vineyards and to control
expenditures with no final profits, allows the Wine
Cellar Post dal Vin - Terre
del Barbera to sell high-quality with low
quantitative yield products, keeping at the same time
reasonable selling prices. Our cellar is distant 15
km from Asti, 25 kms from Alexandria, 120 kms from Milan,
80 from Turin, 100 from Genoa.
