Barbera
is the most important wine of our lands. Exactly from
Rocchetta Tanaro, "La Barbera", as we usually
call it, thanks to the efforts of some local wine-producers,
started its road to the glory: not a simple table-wine,
but a great red wine with a structure that can reach
the highest levels.
These
lands can create excellent Barberas and other typical
white and red wines, grappa and the first flavoured
Barbera, "Spiritoso" ideal as digestive and
appetizing combination with cakes and cheese.
Our
Cellar shows about 20 different labels and also typical
products of Piedmontese gastronomy, classic combinations
with our wines.
